About Me & Crested Coach
I founded Crested Coach to take the stress and uncertainty out of career decisions. With 20 years in recruitment and several years as a qualified teacher and careers lead, I’ve worked with thousands of people - from students writing their first CVs and applying to college, jobs and university to professionals making big career changes.
I know what employers look for, how hiring decisions are made, and the pressure job seekers feel at every stage.
